Production Operators

Express Employment Professionals is teaming up with a local company in Lake City, MN who is searching for 1st and 2nd shift Production Operators!

Your Role on the Team:

• Assemble sub-assemblies, components, and finished products
• Operate presses, wash stations, and small machines
• Use small hand tools and light power tools
• Perform testing and inspections
• Package finished goods

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred)
• At least one year of experience using hand or power tools (preferred)

Shifts and Pay:

• 1st shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00am-4:30pm
• 2nd shift | Monday-Thursday | 5:00pm-3:30am
• $18.50-$21.50/hour
