Coating Technician

Express Employment Professionals is teaming up with a local company in the Red Wing, MN area who is in search of a Coating Technician!

Your Role on the Team:

• Prepare surfaces for coating or booting
• Apply protective coatings with spray equipment
• Mask, tape, and clean parts to ensure proper adhesion
• Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and consistency

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Strong attention to detail
• High manual dexterity
• Able to read and follow technical instructions or blueprints
• Comfortable working in a clean room
• Experience in painting, spraying, or assembling (preferred)

Shift and Pay:

• 2nd shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:00pm-1:00am
• $21.00/hour
• Weekly paychecks on Fridays
