Machine Operators

Express Employment Professionals teaming up with a company in Lake City, MN who is hiring 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operators!

Your Role on the Team:

• Setup, operate, and maintain machines and equipment
• Work with molten metal, cast iron sleeves, and other alloys
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Promote a strong workplace safety culture

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Ability to lift 3 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to push, pull, and bend frequently; occasionally reaching above shoulder height
• Ability to work in environments with fluctuating temperatures
• Ability to obtain Fork Truck Certification within 90 days of employment
• Ability to Pass Fit-Test & Wear PPE for assigned tasks

Shifts and Pay:

• 2nd shift | Monday-Friday | 3:00pm-11:00pm | $25.33/hour
• 3rd shift | Monday-Friday | 11:00pm-7:00am | $26.08/hour
• Weekly paychecks on Fridays
