DESCRIPTION:Our next HYPE event will be Thursday\, August 15\, from Noon 1PM at the Red Wing Shoe Company Headquarters (314 Main Street). Information will be presented by Sharon McCord from McCord Executive Search and will focus on the ins and outs of LinkedIn and how to use it to leverage social media in a professional manner. Cost is $8. Reservations are required. Register through the Chamber office\, 651-388-4719 or frontdesk@redwingchamber.com.\n\n \n\nVolunteer Opportunity--Please consider joining us for HYPE's first community service project\, the Mississippi Shuffle Relay For Life of Red Wing supporting the American Cancer Society on Friday\, August 9 and Saturday\, August 10 at Bay Point Park. The event is a fundraiser honoring cancer survivors and remembering friends and family lost to the disease\, it will include a silent auction\, live music\, fireworks\, food from Randy's and the lighting of 5\,000 luminaria bags. Please consider using the link to sign up for a volunteer shift.
