Tai Chi at the Y in the small studio starting Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing series of movements that can be used as an exercise to help strengthen your body, improve your balance, flexibility and coordination. It has frequently been described as a meditation in motion, with emphasis placed on your mental focus and awareness of your body and mind working together. Your Instructor, Kelly Rehder is an advanced Certified Tai Chi Fundamentals Instructor. She will teach the basic Fundamentals Form and Traditional Yang style.
