April 14---Goodhue County & the Alien Registration Act 6-7:30PM This program explores the First World War`s impact on rural townships. Remaining Neutral is offered in conjunction with the Leon township exhibit currently on display at th History Center and is free to studens and Historical Society members, There is a $5 fee for non-members..
