October 23—Restorative Yoga—6:30-7:30PM—Release some deep tension in this restorative class. It is a time to practice letting go, allowing yourself to be supported by the earth and props. Without the effort of “doing” yoga you will begin to experience the rise and fall of your breath. This is a perfect class for beginners and veteran yogis. In most classes you won’t even stand up. Class size is limited, please email us if you want to register. Price is $12 or use your purchased 10 pack.
