December 12--FREE Yoga Class with Dr. Kaitlin—8-9 AM--This class focuses on the breath and movement of yoga postures.
December 12--FREE Foam Rolling Class with Dr. Ryan—9:30-10:30AM (Foam rollers will be available for use in the class).
Refreshments and snacks will be available between classes.
