Event Description:
Phase 2 Construction on Highway 61 will start earlier than originally scheduled. According to Cory Bienfang, Project Engineer from Bolton & Menk, the nice weather and the fact that Meyer Construction is already in town working on Levee Road, may allow for an earlier start to this year’s project---as early as mid-March. The hope is with an earlier start date, the project can be finished on schedule (mid-August). A public Open House is scheduled for March 10, 5-7PM at the Red Wing Public Library. This meeting will look at staging plans for the project and include Q & A opportunities for businesses.
