'Grill Like An Italian' Demonstration Cooking Class with Chef Antonio Cecconi
Villa Bellezza Winery is reopening the cooking school--OUTSIDE--next to the Chef's herb garden! This time of year is all about grilling and enjoying the fresh herbs and produce from the garden and farmers markets. Chef Antonio will show you how to use your backyard grill to transform the season's bounty into an authentic Italian meal!
The menu for this demonstration cooking class includes:
- Fettuccine Puttanesca
- Agnello alla Menta (Lamb with Mint)
- Melanzane alla Griglia (Grilled Eggplant)
- Mirtilli al Sorbetto (Berries with Sorbet)
As you progress through each course, you will taste samples of each dish! Plan to join us for a pre-session social hour at 5pm with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and Chef Antonio's Gran Piatto Misto! Wine will also be available for purchase. Enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during the session, or purchase bottles to take home.
Masks will be worn and social distancing will be maintained between tables for two. This session is $80/person.
*Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
