Mayo Clinic Health System is offering free qualifying sports screenings for area school athletes entering grades 7-12 in the 2019-20 school year. Call 651-800-1149 for an appointment Student athletes are asked to be prepared for the screening and to: •Wear gym shorts and t-shirt •Bring school ID •Bring completed Minnesota or Wisconsin high school league sports screening form •Have a parent present (recommended, but not required Call 651-800-1149 for an appointment.
