March 10--Documentary Showing Hosted by the Human Rights Commission – On Tuesday, March 10 at 6:30 p.m., the Human Rights Commission will host a showing of the acclaimed documentary 13th at the Twin Bluff Middle School Auditorium, 2120 Twin Bluff Road. In this documentary, named for the 13th Amendment, filmmaker Ava Duvernay explores the history of racial inequality and the criminal justice system in the U.S. and sheds light on forces that have led to the abnormally high proportion of African-Americans in the prison system.
