'Cooking with Italian Herbs' Cooking Class with Chef Antonio Cecconi

One of the secrets to great Italian cuisine is fresh ingredients. Chef Antonio's inspiration for this special outdoor cooking class is the plentiful herbs in our own gardens and farmers markets. You'll learn how to transform the fragrant and fresh herbs found in the garden into a midsummer dream dinner featuring some of Chef Antonio's favorite recipes from home, including:

• Tomato-Basil Bruschetta
• Angel-hair pasta with Basil Pesto
• Marinated Herb Chicken
• Colored Squash, Venetian-style
• Watermelon with Feta and Mint

As you progress through each course, you will taste samples of each dish! Plan to join us for a pre-session social hour at 5pm with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and Chef Antonio's Gran Piatto Misto! Wine will also be available for purchase. Enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during the session, or purchase bottles to take home.

This cooking class is $85/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with sparkling wine and appetizers.
