August 13—10AM-5PM—The Red Wing Arts Association presents Red Wing Chalk Walk at the Central Park Band Shell. Adults can join local artists reproducing art work on the floor of the Central Park Band Shell. ArtReach will assist kids with a graphic novel drawing by Carl Thompson on the Central Park sidewalks.
