October 28—3-5 PM—Vehicles will be parked in the parking spaces within Bay Point Park. Children will Trick or Treat from the trunks. For ages 13 and under. Events include: Happ-E Hill Kids Train Rides; Horse Drawn Wagon Rides; 4H Animals, Fusion Dance & much more!
