If you haven’t been to the new River Blu Salon & Day Spa located in the lobby of the St. James Hotel (406 Main Street), this is your chance to visit! Join Tessa Blue and her crew and see this beautiful salon and find out about all the wonderful services they have to offer. The Chamber Staff and Ambassadors will be doing an official Ribbon Cutting at 4:30PM.
