May 8—Noon-1PM—Lunch & Learn—Improving Tourism & Helping Customers in YOUR Business
The Red Wing Visitor & Convention Bureau and the Red Wing Area Chamber of Commerce are teaming up once again to help businesses! Our goal with this session is to help your font-line people become aware of the amenities in the Red Wing area that tourists ask about when they visit your business. We want everyone in your business to be able to give simple directions, point out attractions and direct them to helpful websites. We’ll give you some easy resources to use and have at your businesses to make it quick and easy for your people to answer questions. Plus, we’ll review some of the top tourism things your business can do to attract more people to your business. Lunch & Learn seminars are FREE to Chamber members ($25 if you’re not), but you must reserve your spot by emailing frontdesk@redwingchamber.com or call the Chamber office at 651-388-4719. This session will be held at Red Elks Lodge #845, 306 W 4th St.
