Innovative Chiropractic Center Class
December 14—Foam Rolling 1.0—6-7:30PM. Dr. Ryan will be teaching this interactive class about foam rolling and other self myofascial techniques. This is the time to ask questions about how to foam roll different body parts, get introduced and make a plan to foam roll daily, and advance your skills. Wear comfortable clothing. Foam rollers will be provided to practice on. This is a FREE event and all are welcome!
