Event Name: How to Market Your Small Business More Effectively
Opening Session: The Key to Marketing: Connecting the Dots Between Your Business & Your Customers
In this session, we’ll help you think about your business in ways that make marketing more clear and simple. You’ll learn how to start being deliberate about understanding who you are and connecting it to the experience and value your customers care about most. And finally, you’ll hear how to stay focused and bring your story to life across your website, social media and email marketing.
Breakout Sessions: (Running consecutively 3 times so you can attend multiple sessions)
The breakout sessions will kick-off with a Deluxe presenter sharing the BIG ideas in each of these areas. We’ll then ask the attendees to work independently (or in groups) to get started on developing their own plans in these areas. Attendees should bring laptops/tablets or smartphones if possible.
How to Build a Website That Works
In this session, you’ll learn how to develop a web strategy that speaks more clearly to your online visitors, increasing your chances to turn them into customers.
How to Optimize Your Business Listings (Google, Yelp, etc.)
In this session, you’ll find out the top 10 places your small business should be listed and how to get the most out of these listings to generate more customers.
How to Connect With Your Audience Using Social Media and Email Marketing
In this session, you learn how to more effectively communicate with your customers and fans.
