Event Description The theme for the 12th Annual Bling & Chocolate is Hearts & Flowers. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, come to the Goodhue County History Center to enjoy an afternoon of chocolate, wine or champagne, and jewelry! There will be both a silent and oral auction with many items to choose from for every taste. Bid on jewelry, desserts, and experiences that will make your Valentine’s Day even better! If you wish to have your tickets mailed to you, please place your address in the note section of the online order page, otherwise all tickets will be placed on will call.
